I can't sign in
- Use the email address you registered for the event with. Only registered attendees can sign in.
- We email you a 6-digit code. Check your junk folder, and use the latest code we sent.
- After several wrong codes, sign-in pauses for a while for your security. Try again later or email us.
Delete your account
In the app, go to Me, then Settings, then Delete my account. You can also ask us to delete it.
